These Terms of Service govern the use of the Unveil service, accessible at unveil.day.

Unveil is a service that allows you to create personalized countdown calendars for your loved ones.

2. Acceptance

By using Unveil, you accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Registration

To use Unveil, you must:

  • Have a valid email address
  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Provide accurate information

Authentication is done via magic link sent to your email address.

4. Service Description

Unveil allows you to:

  • Create countdown calendars
  • Add content (text, photos) for each day
  • Share your calendars via a unique link
  • Protect your calendars with a password (optional)

  • Up to 7 days per calendar
  • Photos and text
  • 1 active calendar

Premium Plan

  • Unlimited days
  • Videos and playlists
  • Custom themes
  • Password protection

5. User Content

You are responsible for the content you publish on Unveil. You agree not to publish content that is:

  • Illegal or contrary to public morals
  • Infringing on third-party rights
  • Defamatory, abusive, or discriminatory
  • Containing viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.

6. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Unveil service, its design, code, and brand are our exclusive property.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you publish. By publishing content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the service.

7. Availability

We strive to ensure the service is available 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur.

8. Liability

Our Liability

We strive to provide quality service but cannot guarantee the complete absence of bugs or errors. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Your Liability

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access and the content you publish.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication. By continuing to use the service, you accept the modified Terms.

12. Applicable Law
